Sponsorship form from Facebook

The sponsor will receive a list of clothing sizes and a wish list of toys from your sponsored child.

Each sponsor is asked to purchase a minimum of:

  • 2 Shirts

  • 2 pairs of pants

  • 1 pair of shoes

  • 5 toys

Coats are optional

Please note that electronics, phones, gaming systems, etc., are not allowed. All items should be placed unwrapped in a box with the child’s name and number clearly displayed on the outside. Please label any items outside of the box with the child’s name and assigned number as well.

The completed box should be dropped off in Irondale (address to be announced) December 9th 1pm-4pm.
