Parent Christmas Pick-Up

Our Parent Christmas Pick-Up Event is a special opportunity for parents in need to pick up toys and gifts for their children, ensuring that every child wakes up to joy and excitement on Christmas morning. This event is designed to bring comfort and hope to families facing difficult times, helping to make the holidays a little brighter and more magical. Parents can visit our designated pick-up location to receive thoughtfully selected gifts that reflect the spirit of giving and community support. If you’re interested in helping make this event possible, we encourage you to visit our Volunteer Page to learn how you can get involved and spread holiday cheer to local families.

Snow Day @ Hope Lodge (American Cancer Society)

Please join us as we “make it snow” at American Cancer Society’s Joe Lee Griffin Hope Lodge (1104 Ireland Way Birmingham, AL 35205). The American Cancer Society Hope Lodge program provides a free home away from home for cancer patients and their caregivers. More than just a roof over their heads, it’s a nurturing community that helps patients access the care they need. Each Hope Lodge community offers a supportive, homelike environment where guests can share a meal, join in the evening’s activities, or unwind in their own private room. Patients staying at a Hope Lodge must be in active cancer treatment.
